World leading maker manufacturing industrial machinery for metal working in a series of process such as wire material, nail, screw and bolt.
Nail, screw, bolt and metal wire of its material etc. are widely used in construction industry, automobile industry, civil engineering industry, even clothing industry. We started business as a blacksmith in Higashiosaka in 1914, and have been manufacturing nail making machine which makes nails, rolling machine which makes screw and ring mark and wire drawing machine which draws wire for those materials.
In order to make drawn wire in good quality, we have prepared the machine to take scale off wire rod and surface coating equipment for performing high quality wire drawing. We have been developing and manufacturing various models of wire drawing machines to respond customers request.
Wire supply equipment and wire take up equipment for its ancillay equipment have variety of know-how. We have been manufacturing plain die type rolling machine
to thread spiral groove and ring mark on nail. We are latecomer for rolling machine, so we had technical tie-up with the rolling machine maker, HARTFORD Ltd, in U.S.A. and have kept studying. Then, we developed rolling machine with high speed and rigidity. Furthermore, we took over header machine of Itami Indsutry Ltd. in 1995. We focused on double-header for 1 die and 2 blow. As a result, we have become a maker to manufacture a series of machinery for making screw and bolt from wire material.
As a machine maker, we have been manufacturing a series of metal working machinery from wire material to wire for various kinds of products such as nail, screw and bolt, and celebrated 100th anniversary in 2014. Our machines are not only persuing high speed, but also performing high rigidity with long life. We sometimes have request from customers to repair the machines which have been working for 50 years. We keep almost all production drawings for our machines which were supplied to our customers. Please contact us whenever introducing new machines or renovating old machines.
