April 1914
── First President, Tokuichiro Tanisaka founded an ironworks in Higashiosaka city (previously called Hiraoka city) as personal company.
March 1928
── When he moved to Tsukiji Honmachi 5-chome, Amagasaki city, he started business dealing with wire drawing machine and speed reduction device as main products,
── and got involved in construction for wire drawing factory and others facilities of main wire makers in Kansai district.
May 1940
── He moved to current location, 1-45, Nagasu Nishidori, Amagasaki, Hyogo pref., and expanded factory.
february 1947
── After the war, he established Tanisaka Denki Seisakusho, which became a company designated by Kansai Electric Power
── to repair the transformer, then repaired the burnt transformer.
June 1953
── Jotaro Tanisaka was inaugurated as second president.
Augast 1953
── Tanisaka Iron Works and Tanisaka Denki Seisakusho merged and changed to Tanisaka Iron Works, Ltd.
June 1959
── We expanded factory and rationalized machinery equipment in the factory to start production for nail making machine in full scale.
July 1962
── We expanded the south factory and bought Germany-made gear grinding machine
November 1964
── We further expanded the south factory and started full scale production for continuous wire drawing machine and cut sheet galvanizing plant and so on.
April 1965
── We concentrated on the grinding facilities for jigs and tools for machine tools and nail making machines to consolidate the repair for toolings by expanding several kinds of the grinding machines.
January 1966
── We expanded the production capacity for wire drawing machines.
September 1966
── We contracted the technical partership for Automatic Nail Packing System with Dake Co., Ltd, USA.
March 1969
── Completion of first stage construction work for our Shiga factory and started production at Konan Industrial zone in Shiga prefecture.
── We contracted the technical partership for plain die type high speed rolling machine with Hartford Special Machinery Ltd., USA.
January 1971
── The scond stage of expanding Shiga factory construction work completed.
Augast 1973
── The third stage of expanding Shiga factory construction work completed.
October 1978
── We celebrated 50th anniversary in Amagasaki General Culture Center.
June 1979
── We introduced an office computor to establish the production management system.
September 1979
── We introduced an automated warehouse to automate management for machine pars.
February 1995
── We took over production and sales for header machines from Itami Indsutry Co., Ltd
January 2006
── We developed and started production in full scale for vertial type rolling machine, model TSR-104 for making automobile bolts.
June 2011
── Akihiko Tanisaka was inaugurated as third presidnet.
June 2012
── We sold Shiga factory and consolidated production in Amagasaki factory.
April 2014
── We celebrated 100th anniversary

── In Amagasaki factory, we started manufacturing sheet corrugating machine which had been manufacured in Shiga factory.
── We started manufacturing sheet corrugating machine with 18 teeth corrugation to form strong sheets.
2018～
── We renovated production management system.
December 2022
── We made business partnership with Chien Tsai Machinery Enterprise Co., Ltd, in Taiwan.
