Ancillary Equipment for Wire Drawing Machine

This is the supply stand to feed the wire in bobbin type.

When keeping enough distance horizontally between the supply stand and the equipment of next process, the wire is not liable to snarl. The wire diameter available to use is approx. from 5.5mm to 8.0mm.

There are two ways to put the wire coil into the wire coild stand ① convey the coil vertically ② convey the coil horizontally, This is the equipment to turn the wire coil stand with coil by 90°.

This is the machine to point the wire end by putting between the upper roll and lower roll tightly before feeding the wire to wire drawing machine through the dies.

This is the Wire Pointer by putting the wire between the upper and lower rolls tightly installed in each horizontal and vertial direction.
