The machine is separated lubricating oil for slide movement and processing oil, and environmental friendly structure by reusing lubricating oil with circulating system.
The compact centrifugal separator is equipped in the oil tank portion.Electric set-up device is installed for pitch alignment.
The clamping device is installed for stationary die to make adjustment of drawing the die easily.
The numerical value to show lifting position is indicated on the rail part to shorten change-over work.
The monitor for watching sliding temperature is installed in the slide portion as standard.
The sliding part is equipped with wear resistance metal linner, and cooled with water to reduce temperature.
