About
The machine is designed of change-over time for metal molds such as cutters, dies, and punch to be the mimimum.
The movable parts are made in all surface grinding finish.
We have six models in accordance with wire diameter from BWG#17 to BWG#2.

We announced unbrella head nail making machine, MTG-USC & MTG-USE to make high quality umbrella head nail in one process.
The rotary type vibration feeder equipped with the machine provides washers one by one to the punching position in the machine. The washer and wire are pushed forward and rocksed, then washer is pressed to make umbrella shape at same time.
