New Product! We have released a new product : Extending Simple Pull-in Dog “NOBITONSU”.

We are pleased to announce the release of Extending Simple Pull-in Dog “NOBITONSU”.

While doing pull-in dog work, you ordinarily need to wind some wire end with pull-in dog first, then take it off the wire drawing drum. Then you need to reverse wire drawing drum, but this sometimes becomes dangerous work.
However, this product can release the tension when you open the lever of this product. So you can take pull-in dog off very much safety.

Don’t you have these troubles?

・In case of rotary supply stand feeding wire materials by using tensile force of wire drawing machine（Rotary supply stand in free-run and rotary supply stand in one-way clutch）

Due to improper wire coiling condition wound on the carrier, supplying wire is gradually squeezed inside of wire coil and wrapped in multiple layers around carrier, then finally spinned like a top faster than line speed as wrapped coil is pulled reverse by wire drawing machine. That becomes very dangerous.

・In case of back tention controlled rotary type supply stand

Because supplying wire material is kept in tense condition, it may be bent or damaged by carrier angle, or even snarled and broken in some cases. Under these situations, you cannot increase satisfactory speed in spite of your desire of raising productivity.

Feature of supply stand

①Stable control

● Wire slack control：

As wire slack can be controled, wire material is not burdened, Even unflexible thin wire can be controled stably.

● Wire supplying position is possible to be lifted up or down：

This position is used to be fixed in the past. However, it is lifted freely in accordance with coil height during operation. So wire materials are supplied smoothly. Furthremore when threading wire material first, it is possible to adjust this position low, which makes your work easy.

②High level of safety

● Detection of cart move：

Supply stand table is mounted on movable cart with cylinder. When wire snarls, it is detected by the cart of being moved forward.

● Detection of inclining pillar：

When wire snarl happens in high wire supply position because of high coil height, snarl is detected by the pillar being inclined, considering that cart is not easily moved.

③Option

● For both clockwise and counter clockwise coiling：

Both clockwise and couter clockwise wire coiling are availble to serve by equipped with two supplying pillars.

Supplying wire coil　2,000kg（we can deal with over 2,000kg. In this case, inquire us）
Main wire diameter range　　from 7mm to 13mm
Supplying speed　　150m/min. max.

This model is designed for M6 – M12, just intermediate size between TSR-104 and TSR-302. All functions of TSR-302 are mounted, besides pitch alignment is improved. The production is 250ppm max.

We have recently developed Rolling Machine, Model TSR-302 for thread diameter M8 – M16, following Model TSR-104 as vertical type Rolling Machine series.

This machine is well considered re-cycle of lubricating oil and durability and driving part is composed of low vibration construction with counter balance built-in.
